- Gravatar: We use Gravatar to display your profile picture. To do this, an anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) is sent to the Gravatar service to check if you have an active profile picture associated with that email.
- TheTVDB: ScreenSync pulls media metadata (posters, summaries, episode lists) from TheTVDB API. We do not share any of your personal data or watch history with TheTVDB. Our communication with their servers is strictly one-way for the purpose of retrieving media information.

- Erasure: Request that we delete your account and wipe your profile, watch history, and email from our servers ("Right to be Forgotten").
